Under subpart 9 of Part 4 of the Commerce Act 1986, suppliers of electricity lines services are subject to information disclosure regulation.

The Commission has published information disclosure requirements under Part 4 of the Commerce Act for EDBs. These requirements supersede the Commission’s Electricity Distribution (Information Disclosure) Requirements 2008.
