Current and former borrowers of Whangarei-based finance company Profile Finance Limited will receive $945,334 in credit and refunds after Profile Finance signed a settlement agreement with the Commerce Commission over its failure to properly disclose key information to consumers, as required under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
