Auckland Council has been warned by the Commerce Commission for potential breaches of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 in relation to its Retrofit Your Home Programme (RYH Programme). Auckland Council reported the matter to the Commission and co-operated fully with the Commission’s investigation.
