Alderson Logistics Limited and associated company Supa Shavings (2022) Limited have been ordered by the High Court to pay a $420,000 penalty for acquisitions that substantially lessened competition in a market. -

Couriers ordered to pay $1.225 million after investigation into cartel conduct
An investigation by the Commerce Commission has resulted in courier companies Aramex and GoSweetSpot (GSS) being penalised $700,000 and $525,000, respectively, by the High Court for engaging in cartel conduct. -

Kimberly-Clark seeks clearance to acquire Kenvue
The Commerce Commission has received a clearance application from Kimberly-Clark Corporation seeking clearance for it – or a wholly-owned subsidiary – to acquire 100% of the shares in Kenvue Inc. as part of a global merger.
