Bachcare Limited

The Commission has filed civil proceedings in the High Court seeking declarations that terms used in Bachcare Limited’s previous and current accommodation rental contracts are unfair. The proceedings relate to contract terms that address the refund entitlement of consumers when bookings are cancelled or cannot go ahead for reasons outside of the control of the guest, Bachcare or the property owner.
