Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch international airports are subject to information disclosure regulation under Part 4 of the Commerce Act.
We require the three airports to publish information each year detailing their performance including profitability, expenditure and quality performance measures, and forward-looking information such as price-setting information and demand forecasts.
The documents found on this page include process papers and determinations on the information disclosure requirements we have set for airports from 2015 on. Find earlier determinations here.
Under the airports information disclosure determination, suppliers of specified airport services can apply for exemptions from information disclosure requirements. We provide some guidance about applying for an exemption.
