Draft November 2023 schedule layout changes – for feedback
We are inviting views from all interested persons on our draft non-material changes prepared by Commerce Commission staff to the layout of certain schedules of the principal determination. The draft layout changes relate to these schedules: Financial and Asset Management (Schedules 1-13), Quality (Schedules 19, 20) and Pricing (Schedules 24, 25).
Commerce Commission staff consider that our proposed new format is more data centric and would improve both ease of filling in the schedules and our processing of the data.
Below you will find the draft new information disclosure schedules for regulated fibre service providers.
Commerce Commission staff have had initial high-level talks with providers about layout changes. We are now seeking further feedback from all interested persons. Commissioners intend to make a final decision on any non-material changes to the layout of these schedules in early 2024.
Separately through inquiries and internal review Commerce Commission staff have identified further possible schedule amendments. Commerce Commission staff plan to work through the process for these in early 2024.
