Due to COVID-19 Commission staff are working from home and your call may take longer to answer than normal.
Our call centre will be open Monday to Friday from 9am till 12 noon, and from 1pm till 4pm.
To help keep our phone lines free for urgent matters, we encourage you to make a complaint about a business via our online complaints form.
