Cartel Prosecutors Panel
A Cartel Prosecutors Panel has been established to conduct criminal cartel proceedings on behalf of the Crown and the Commission.
In accordance with section 107 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Panel has been appointed by Te Rōia Mātāmua o te Karauna/the Solicitor-General, in consultation with the Chair of the Commission.
The standing members of the Panel for the period from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2028 are as follows:
