The High Court has found Ace Marketing Limited breached the responsible lending principles under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 and declared that the Delayed Delivery Provisions in Ace Marketing’s contract amounted to an unfair contract term under the Fair Trading Act 1986.
