Malaysia Airlines System Berhad Ltd and MASkargo Sdn Bhd

MASkargo System Berhad Ltd received a $2.6 million penalty for price fixing as part of the Commission’s long-running air cargo cartel case. MASkargo admitted liability for agreeing fuel and security surcharges in Indonesia and Switzerland for cargo flown to New Zealand.
