The High Court has imposed pecuniary penalties of $4.6m on Oceanbridge Shipping Limited and $100,000 on its director William Edward Speedy. The defendants admitted engaging in price fixing and market allocation with competing freight forwarders in breach of s 30 and s 27 via 30 of the Commerce Act.
