Taieri Motor Court Limited has been warned for likely breaching sections 13(a) and 13(b) of the Fair Trading Act by making misleading representations about the history of vehicles it was selling and who was selling the vehicles, and section 28 by failing to attach Consumer Information Notices to vehicles it was selling.
