Chorus’ current price-quality quality path is due to expire on 31 December 2024.
The Commission published its final decision on Chorus’ expenditure allowances for the second regulatory period on 22 August 2024. A final decision on the price quality path will be made in Q4 2024.
We've published a letter from Chorus relating to Chorus’ price quality path for PQP2. We are seeking views from stakeholders on this information as part of our process for making final price quality decisions by December 2024.
Submissions are due by 5pm on 7 October.
