The Commission is required to consider whether reasonable grounds exist for a conducting a FFLAS deregulation review prior to the commencement of PQP2 in 2025.
Before the start of PQP2, the Commission must consider whether there are reasonable grounds to start a fibre fixed line access service (FFLAS) deregulation review under s 210(3) of the Act.
We are required to consider this before the next regulatory period begins on 1 January 2025.
On 1 March we published the public submissions received on our draft assessment framework paper, and now invite cross-submissions by 5:00pm on 15 March 2024.
