Commission confirms UCLL and UBA decision by December

The Commerce Commission has today confirmed that it will conduct the final pricing principle (FPP) for both the unbundled bitstream access (UBA) and unbundled copper local loop (UCLL) services by 1 December 2014.
The Commerce Commission has today confirmed that it will conduct the final pricing principle (FPP) for both the unbundled bitstream access (UBA) and unbundled copper local loop (UCLL) services by 1 December 2014.
In February the Commission outlined the process for pricing the UBA service only but following discussions with modellers retained for the exercise, French firm TERA Consultants, the Commission believes it is possible to complete both processes in this time frame.
