Government Policy Statements
As part of the Commerce Act and the Telecommunications Act, the Commission must have regard to any economic policies of the Government that are communicated to us through a Government Policy Statement (GPS).
Enduring Letter of Expectations for Statutory Crown Entities
The Government sets out its expectations of all statutory Crown entities in a letter to be considered within the context of the Crown Entities Act and other relevant legislation.
