The Commission has warned Acorn Finance 2012 Limited for likely breaches of ss 45H (rate of charge cap), 45F and 45G (prohibition on lending to repeat borrowers) and 17 (initial disclosure) of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act for failing to comply with some of the high cost rules and include all of the required key loan information in its disclosure documents.
