Enable Networks Limited has been warned for contravening s 156A(1)(k) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 by failing to provide information for Enable Services Limited required under s 83 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 for the 2012/2013 Telecommunications Development Levy year, without a reasonable excuse.
