Enviro Waste agreed to pay $425,000 for breach of section 27(1) via 30 of the Commerce Act 1986, for attempting to reach an understanding to compete less competitively for existing customers and to not enter the separate waste tallow market. Mr Askew personally agreed to pay $5000.
