The Commission has issued a warning to Feenix Communications Limited (Feenix) for its failure to comply with section 83 of the Telecommunications Act, in respect of the 2021/2022 Telecommunications Development Levy (TDL) Liability Allocation Determination. This warning relates to Feenix’s failure to provide audit and assurance information to the Commission by 20 September 2022.
