Shore Trading Limited, trading as Greenbucks Finance did not provide key information about their loans (as set out in Schedule 1 of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act (CCCF Act) to borrowers before they entered into their loan contracts. As a result the Commission considers that Shore Trading Limited is likely to have breached s17 of the CCCFA.
