The Commission issued an Infringement Notice as it had reasonable grounds to believe that Mr Thank You Limited breached section 28 of the Fair Trading Act by failing to comply with the requirements of the Consumer Information Standards (Country of Origin Clothing and Footwear Labelling) Regulations 1992.
