The Commission has reasonable grounds to believe that MyRepublic breached section 83 of the Telecommunications Act 2021 (Telecommunications Development Levy), by failing to provide the Commission with revenue information and a report prepared by a qualified auditor no later than 60 working days after the end of the 2021/22 financial year.
