Nigel Thompson Motor Company Limited (NTMC) has been warned for likely breaching section 13(i) of the Fair Trading Act for misleading some customers about their rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 when they sought redress for faults with cars they had purchased from NTMC (in liquidation).
