Slingshot Communications Limited t/a Slingshot has been warned for likely breaching section 13(h) of the Fair Trading Act by making a false or misleading representation that claimed, due to a Commerce Commission decision, consumers could not have landline and broadband services with separate providers. The Commission has made no such decision.
