The Commission has filed eight charges under section 13(e) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 against Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) for making false or misleading representations that mobile business customers could roam in Australia without limitation or additional cost when in fact the “free Aussie business roaming” benefit could only be exercised for a maximum of 90 days per calendar year. All charges relate to representations made between 2020 and 2023.
