UDC Finance Limited has been warned for self-reported breaches of sections 83V and section 83Z(2) of the CCCFA, relating to 72 post-repossession notices which were issued to debtors in the Credit (Repossession) Act format, two post-possession notices which were issued outside the statutory time limit, and a failure to issue “Notice of Sale” notices on seven occasions.
