Air New Zealand and Qantas – public version of submission available on website

A public version of Air New Zealand and Qantas' submission on the Commerce Commission's draft determination is available on the Commission's website, www.comcom.govt.nz. The Commission has now published all submissions it has received in response to its draft determination on its website.
The Commission is working with the parties, Air New Zealand and Qantas, to agree matters of confidentiality contained in the full confidential submission that the Commission received on Friday 20 June. The Commission will update the public submission once that process is completed.
Interested parties are now invited to make cross submissions. The deadline for cross submissions is 18 July 2003.
The Commission plans to hold a conference on 18-22 August (inclusive), and to deliver its final determination in September.
