The Commerce Commission will release its decision on Air New Zealand Ltd's application for authorisation to acquire up to 50 percent of the shares of Ansett Holdings Ltd at 3.30pm on April 3.
There will be a media conference at the Commission's Wellington office, 7 floor, Landcorp House, 101 Lambton Quay.
Commission Chairman Dr Alan Bollard will release the decision and will answer questions afterwards.
Cell phones should not be used while the decision is being released. If journalists wish to phone copy through, would they please wait until after Dr Bollard has finished speaking.
Copies of the Commission's media release and of the decision will be distributed at the media conference.
