The Commerce Commission has released the public copy of its decision clearing Shell Overseas Holdings Limited to acquire Fletcher Challenge Energy (FCE), subject to Shell divesting a range of assets currently owned by Shell and FCE.
The decision is available from the Commission's website, www.comcom.govt.nz, and can be down loaded to your computer.
On Friday last week the Commission announced its decision and stated that the full decision would be available early this week.
