The Commission is publishing its Investigation and Enforcement Criteria for the Commerce and Fair Trading Acts. Its Acting Chairman, Mark Berry, Commerce Act Manager, Geoff Thorn, and Fair Trading Act Manager, Rachel Leamy, will explain the criteria and answer questions.
