The Commission has decided to investigate two separate applications from Ihug and Callplus for access determinations in relation to the regulated bitstream service.
The applications request that the Commission determine terms for access to regulated bitstream that are consistent with a previous determination providing regulated access to TelstraClear issued in December last year (Decision 568).
The Commission has asked the relevant parties to provide comments by 13 April 2006 on matters relating to the applications.
