In publishing these results, we are not giving advice or making recommendations. Rankings are updated regularly based on the previous nine months’ survey results and only broadband providers with a sample size of at least 5% of total respondents are shown. Smaller providers who are not listed offer their own level of customer service and may be able to provide you with a more personalised service.
