We have commissioned an ongoing independent survey which asks approximately 2,400 residential consumers every 6 months about their satisfaction with their mobile and broadband provider.
We publish the survey results as a ranking to help inform consumers about which providers offer the best customer service for mobile and broadband.
The results represent the view of customers who took part in the survey. Only providers with a market share of 5% or more in our survey are ranked.
