We publish rankings to help inform consumers about which providers offer the best customer service for mobile and broadband.
Our rankings are based on data received directly from providers or from our ongoing independent survey of approximately 4,000 residential consumers every 12 months.
How likely am I to have an issue with each provider?
How quickly do they answer the phone?
How good are they at solving issues quickly?
How good is their customer service team?
How understandable are their bills?
In publishing these results, we are not giving advice or making recommendations. Rankings are updated regularly based on the previous 12 months’ survey results and only providers with a sample size of at least 5% of total respondents are shown. Smaller providers who are not listed offer their own level of customer service and may be able to provide you with a more personalised service.
