Review of price setting event 4 – Auckland Airport

We have now commenced work on our review of Auckland Airport’s performance for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2027. Our review will include analysis of Auckland Airport’s pricing decisions and expected performance over the price setting event four (PSE4) period.
This disclosure is the fourth of its kind for Auckland International Airport since information disclosure requirements were set under Part 4 of the Commerce Act.
We have now published our consultation paper with our draft conclusions on the review of Auckland Airport’s PSE4 and supporting materials.
We are allowing for an extended period for submissions and cross-submissions. Submissions on the consultation paper are due on Tuesday 27 August 2024, by 5pm.
We completed our review of Auckland International Airport's pricing for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2022 (PSE3) on 1 November 2018.
