This disclosure is the fourth of its kind for Auckland International Airport since information disclosure requirements were set under Part 4 of the Commerce Act.

We have now received submissions and cross-submissions for the process and issues paper. We intend to publish a draft report in Q2 2024. We will provide an updated timeline for the work once we have reviewed and analysed all submission on the process and issues paper.

We completed our review of Auckland International Airport's pricing for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2022 (PSE3) on 1 November 2018.
