Current information disclosure requirements for fibre

We require providers of fibre fixed line access services in Aotearoa New Zealand to disclose information detailing their performance.

This includes important data on pricing, current and future expenditure, quality performance and financial statements.

In the future, we will provide analysis of this information to help interested parties understand how fibre providers are performing individually and when compared to others, and to track changes over time.

Below you will find the current information disclosure (ID) requirements that apply to fibre providers and other relevant information.
