We are commencing our review of the milk price calculation for the 2023/24 season and will publish our final report by 16 September 2024.
At the end of each dairy season, we undertake a review of Fonterra’s base milk price calculation. This review assesses whether the inputs, assumptions, and processes used in the calculation are consistent with the efficiency and contestability purposes set out in the milk price monitoring regime in the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act (DIRA).
