If you are providing information disclosures to the Commission via email, please send these through to infrastructure.regulation@comcom.govt.nz

Exemptions to information disclosure requirements may affect the due dates and reporting requirements set out in the determination. A more detailed view on due dates can be found in the Information Disclosure Due Dates calendar. Read about the most recent exemptions here.

We publish an EDB information disclosure (ID) issues and guidance register (issues register) to record any issues or queries stakeholders raise about implementing the ID requirements, and our response to them. Updates to the register are ongoing. The latest version of the issues register can be found here.

Amendments to the information disclosure requirements should be read in conjunction with the most recent consolidated information disclosure determination.
